5-meo-dmt letter of malpractice

In 2019, an alleged open letter of malpractice concerning Gerry Sandoval and Octavio Rettig was circulated through the plant medicine and psychedelic communities, as well as syndicated through various media publications.

While F.I.V.E. was not involved in the creating this letter, we feel it is important to include it on this site, as the allegations and numerous deaths are too big to ignore. We would also be remiss if we did not acknowledge that both Gerry and Octavio were a large part in spreading knowledge of this medicine around the world, as well as helping countless participants the find healing they never thought possible. However, unfortunately, their practices did show to be very unsafe, thus the need for this letter.

This letter is not the voice of F.I.V.E. or its founders but of the 5-MeO-DMT community.
