Integration Specialists

Integration is the most important phase of any medicine experience. It can be understood as the master key that catalyzes maximum transformation within an individual’s human experience. To get the most out of a 5-MeO-DMT experience, integration is non-negotiable. The process itself is hard work. It can bring to the surface challenges, disintegration, and even spiritual deaths.

Enlisting the help of a 5-MeO-DMT Integration Specialist here can be invaluable. They are specifically trained to help individuals unpack their experience and create lasting change within their lives through a variety of tools. When choosing which integration specialist to work with, it is important to consider if they have an intimate understanding of the medicine you are actively working on integrating.

As it is important to seek out integration specialists who have direct experience with this molecule, all of F.I.V.E.’s listed integration specialists have first-hand experience and/or training with 5-MeO-DMT. To book a consultation call with one of our integration specialists, click the contact button below. Note that F.I.V.E. is offering integration specialists as a means to promote harm reduction and does not assume any responsibility once an individual chooses to book their integration container.

Dr. Kristy Center

Veterans/ Veteran Issues Specialist
Certified Hakomi Therapist
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
EMDR and Parts Work

I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their most authentic selves, particularly through the integration of transformative experiences. I understand that the real work often begins after the experience itself, as we learn to bring insights into everyday life.

I’ve spent the majority of my clinical work in the past 15 years supporting Veterans who experienced combat, sexual trauma, or interpersonal violence. I opened my private practice in 2021 to expand services to other adults navigating difficult life circumstances ( eg. trauma, grief, major life changes) and to those who want to go deep into guided self-exploration to uncover and reshape their subconscious programming.

My approach combines evidence-based therapies, including somatic therapy, EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems work. My orientation is that trauma is not just what happens to us, but how we store it in our bodies. I draw from Eastern contemplative practices and Western neuroscience, with a dose of groundedness, Southern hospitality, and good old-fashioned goofiness.

Otto Maier

FIVE- Head of Integration
Somatic Practitioner SE
IFS Therapist
Specialized in Depth Psychology

Otto is a Certified Psychedelic Integration guide, Kambo practitioner, Breathwork facilitator, Psychedelic educator, Jungian Coach, Writer, poet, and human being

His personal spiritual path led him from a mental health crisis, to spending months studying meditation at Ashrams in northern India, experiencing master plant dietas with Shipibo maestros in the amazon, studying psychedelic integration, Jungian psychology, transformational recovery, and working as a facilitator for multiple Ayahuasca retreat centers in the US and Peru.

To help others ground and embody their plant medicine experiences he implements the foundations of IFS part work, Jungian and Archetypal psychology, Somatic awareness, Indigenous philosophy, Eastern theology, and alchemical awareness in his coaching containers.

The main focus of his work is assisting individuals in bridging the gap between their plant medicine/spiritual experiences and what they live in everyday life. He believes that if we can open ourselves to the poetry and aesthetic sensibility of nature, our relationships, and the soul that is orchestrating the dance of these elements, that life can be as simply profound as these fleeting transcendent spiritual experiences. That healing is not an event, but a process, and is available to all who have eyes to see, and ears to listen to the healing calling us from within.

Bill Gallagher has been serving people with physical and mental trauma, chronic pain, pelvic floor-related conditions and those near end of life for 28 years as a physical therapist. In 2017, his interest in psychedelic medicines that started at age 17 was rekindled in the course of working through the challenge of parenting two teens.  He received a clear message that he should work with psychedelics and trauma.  Bill studied ketamine-assisted therapy with Phil Wolfson and his team in 2018 and was in the 2019 cohort of the California Institute for Integral Studies certificate in psychedelic therapy and research.  There, he was introduced to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and completed his level 1 IFS training in 2021.  Bill provides harm reduction/benefit maximization, psychedelic integration and Internal Family Systems therapy. Melanie Kay

Psychedelic Integration Specialist
Certified Hakomi Practitioner
Somatic Trauma Therapist
Breathwork Facilitator

My passion and purpose is to shine a light and walk with you on the journey of reconnection and integration. I support those going through the darkness of trauma, abuse, disease and addiction as well as those on a search for deeper meaning.  With a psycho-spiritual -somatic approach, I guide you back to your own inner wisdom as we unravel habitual holding patterns of the body/ mind creating more aliveness, fluidity and freedom.

My work is a fusion of Hakomi Somatic Therapy, Breathwork, Embodied meditation, Bodywork, Fluid movement practices and Trauma Informed Expressive arts modalities. These modalities allow expression to a deeper, non verbal part of the self where trauma is often stored; once expressed and validated, these parts can be integrated back into the whole Self.  I see my work as a weaving of ancient and modern wisdoms and traditions.

My journey with plant medicine began with Psilocybin in Mexico in 1995 on my first trip out of North Carolina and away from my religious family.  My life was forever changed.  The veils were lifted and I was able to listen to my own soul and experience direct communion with Source-God.  The next year, I studied abroad in Ecuador, wrote a term paper on the use of Hallucinogenic plants in Pre-columbian tribes and first learned of Ayahuasca.  I did my field research and I was able to have my first journey with this medicine.  I carry a deep reverence for the plants and the cultures, lands, and peoples that steward them. They carry such power, and deserve the utmost respect. To this day I continue to walk this path.

As a survivor of Abuse & Trauma, I have lived experience of the healing journey and know the courage  it takes to heal core wounds and break old patterns.  There are so many blessings to harvest inside of darkness. I do not shy away from the dark, and I support those I work with by journeying into any and every space that their soul is calling for company. I am honored to walk this path with you.

I am truly passionate about this work and continue to invest in ongoing training and current education.

Greg Lawrence

Certified Psychedelic Integration Specialist
Certified Life Coach
NLP Master Practitioner
HNLP Certified Coach

Greg’s fascination with the workings of the human mind led him to study psychedelic integration, coaching, NLP and HNLP. His work with clients centers on reducing reactivity; increasing self-awareness; capitalizing on neuroplasticity: implementing mindfulness without the need for body scans, meditation or modifying your breathing; and training your brain to be in a more desirable “default” state.

How can you immediately downregulate the Default Mode Network?

Is brainwave entrainment possible without special tones or flashing lights?

What’s a simple and fun way to cultivate mindfulness?

Drawing on psychology, neuroscience, and a broad range of esoteric belief systems, your integration sessions will help you learn how you can glide on the natural tendencies of the nervous system to transform fear and move in the direction you want to take.

Sara Snedeker

Queer Practitioner
Internal Family Systems
Hakomi Practitioner
Certified Death Doula

Sara has a deep passion for exploring the terrain of consciousness and integrating different ways of knowing through the body and calling upon the creative spark that lives in all of us to aid in the integration process. Oftentimes there are no words to describe what one experiences in altered states of awareness and because of this Sara takes a creative multidisciplinary approach to support clients on the path of integration and transformation.

Over the last decade, Sara has been actively working with psychedelics as a way to move through healing childhood adversity, death of close loved ones and spiritual exploration. As a teenager Sara’s mother died unexpectedly, in her mid-twenties her husband died from a heart attack leaving behind Sara and their 3 year old daughter, and in her early 30’s her father died unexpectedly.

Death has been a potent teacher and catalyst throughout Sara’s life. It has shaped and informed her work in the psychedelic field and as an ancestral healing guide, ritualist and end of life ceremonialist. Sara has come to find that the thresholds and portals one crosses and enters in death are very similar to the portals that are opened in psychedelic ceremonies and spaces. She utilizes various tools and practices to facilitate integration and support of these sacred thresholds. Sara’s healing disciplines and integration modalities are rooted in: Hakomi, IFS, intuitive development, compassionate inquiry, creative expression and art therapy, mindfulness based practices, earth honoring spirituality, animism and ancestral reverence.

Alberto Yarleke

Spanish Integration Specialist
Transpersonal Psychologist
5-MeO-DMT, Ayahuasca & Peyote Facilitator
Holotropic Breathwork & Meditation Guide

Born in the late 60s in a Native Q`echua Community on the eastern slope of the Andes, Vilcabamba, Ayacucho – Peru.

The fact of coming directly from a Native Biological root has had a very important impact in his life, defining and linking him directly with one of the most ancestral and recognized practices within the Cultural platform of his community.

Alberto had many extrasensory experiences when he was still a minor; later, in adolescence, he became aware of these natural aptitudes and began to develop them gradually, and so it was that from his early adulthood he became an active promoter of Health.

In the previous period (as an apprentice), during his years of research and practice, he had the opportunity to connect with some Native traditions in the south and north of the continent; those trips besides nurturing, amplifying and refining his extrasensory aptitude, also gave him the opportunity to gather the material and empirical support required to create an anthology of work with the essential fundamentals and coming directly from the knowledge and experience of various native masters in the management, the use of the benefits of the “power plants,” the extrasensory aspect of shamanism, and the knowledge associated with neuroscience and transpersonal psychology for application in therapeutic treatments.

To date, Alberto has a solid experience in this medical aspect of shamanism-25 years.

Therefore, and based on all that experience, he has elaborated a characteristic system of work where he links the influential impact of the energetic effect with the benefits of the deep understanding of transpersonal psychology and the basic elements associated with science.

Daniel Gomez

Spanish Integration Specialist
Transpersonal Psychologist
Existential Psychologist
Psychedelic Therapist

MBA in Existential Psychotherapy and Transpersonal Psychology, also certifications in psychedelic assisted therapy and integration and also holotropic breathing

He graduated in nursing and was a paramedic for a few years, which discovered in him a special interest in end-of-life issues. It was years later when he managed to associate the work of caring for the being with psychedelics and the possibility of transition to what follows after life and thanatomimetic as a possibility. In recent years he has explored with openness and mystery, dedicating part of his being to existential therapy, transpersonal/psychedelic therapy and teaching. One powerful tool he discovered is holotropic breathing, which he is training in at Stan Grof School.
