Integration Specialists
Integration is the most important phase of any medicine experience. It can be understood as the master key that catalyzes maximum transformation within an individual’s human experience. To get the most out of a 5-MeO-DMT experience, integration is non-negotiable. The process itself is hard work. It can bring to the surface challenges, disintegration, and even spiritual deaths.
Enlisting the help of a 5-MeO-DMT Integration Specialist here can be invaluable. They are specifically trained to help individuals unpack their experience and create lasting change within their lives through a variety of tools. When choosing which integration specialist to work with, it is important to consider if they have an intimate understanding of the medicine you are actively working on integrating.
As it is important to seek out integration specialists who have direct experience with this molecule, all of F.I.V.E.’s listed integration specialists have first-hand experience and/or training with 5-MeO-DMT. At age 15, Colette healed complete quadriplegia with a 2% chance of recovery using techniques she intuitively learned and shares them with her clients as part of her self-directed neuroplasticity framework for self-healing. This injury opened Colette to begin walking a shamanic path of study with nature and consciousness.
Colette supports her coaching clients in the shamanic and scientific aspects of Shamanic Energetic Change Work, offering guidance, education, and support in working with earth’s healing medicines in all forms. Her coaching practice Condor Medicine LLC is a platform for her students to work with Colette through their own unique path of healing and exploring consciousness.
Through one on one, group coaching, and retreats, Colette guides and supports her clients and students with herbal and entheogenic medicine support with safety always the highest consideration. Many individuals work with Colette to learn Shamanic practices, with and without sacred medicines, to support their neurological systems, heal trauma triggers, change unhealthy thought patterns, support neurodivergent stress in a capitalist world, and find empowerment in being able to control their own self-directed brain change.
Colette trains virtually all her coaching clients in self-directed neuroplasticity techniques that help redirect unhealthy or unwanted patterns of belief or cognition for better ones and arms her clients with their own ability to support positive change in their daily lives. She seamlessly integrates the scientific and the shamanic aspects of walking a path of healing.
Following Colette’s spinal injury, she went on to receive a BA in International Relations and Development from American University, has a Certificate in Cartography and GIS, and has lived for many years in the developing world, working in rural villages supporting sustainable agriculture and development initiatives.

Bill Gallagher has been serving people with physical and mental trauma, chronic pain, pelvic floor-related conditions and those near end of life for 28 years as a physical therapist. In 2017, his interest in psychedelic medicines that started at age 17 was rekindled in the course of working through the challenge of parenting two teens. He received a clear message that he should work with psychedelics and trauma. Bill studied ketamine-assisted therapy with Phil Wolfson and his team in 2018 and was in the 2019 cohort of the California Institute for Integral Studies certificate in psychedelic therapy and research. There, he was introduced to Internal Family Systems (IFS) and completed his level 1 IFS training in 2021. Alberto Yarleke (Spanish)
Transpersonal Psychologist
Psychedelic Integration Specilaist
5-MeO-DMT, Ayahuasca & Peyote Facilitator
Holotropic Breathwork & Meditation Guide
Born in the late 60s in a Native Q`echua Community on the eastern slope of the Andes, Vilcabamba, Ayacucho – Peru.
The fact of coming directly from a Native Biological root has had a very important impact in his life, defining and linking him directly with one of the most ancestral and recognized practices within the Cultural platform of his community.
Alberto had many extrasensory experiences when he was still a minor; later, in adolescence, he became aware of these natural aptitudes and began to develop them gradually, and so it was that from his early adulthood he became an active promoter of Health.
In the previous period (as an apprentice), during his years of research and practice, he had the opportunity to connect with some Native traditions in the south and north of the continent; those trips besides nurturing, amplifying and refining his extrasensory aptitude, also gave him the opportunity to gather the material and empirical support required to create an anthology of work with the essential fundamentals and coming directly from the knowledge and experience of various native masters in the management, the use of the benefits of the “power plants,” the extrasensory aspect of shamanism, and the knowledge associated with neuroscience and transpersonal psychology for application in therapeutic treatments.
To date, Alberto has a solid experience in this medical aspect of shamanism-25 years.
Therefore, and based on all that experience, he has elaborated a characteristic system of work where he links the influential impact of the energetic effect with the benefits of the deep understanding of transpersonal psychology and the basic elements associated with science.

K'hIEl Anker
Psychospiritual Transformational Coach
MDMA and Psilocybin Guide
Men’s Work and Retreat Facilitator
Spiritual Emergency & Shadow Work
I am a Psychospiritual Transformation Coach that specializes in preparation, skill development, and integration of psychedelic and plant medicine ceremonies. I navigate this work with a focus on shadow work, goal setting, and skill development, all with the ultimate goal of defining, contacting, and embodying your personal Avatar (aka, True Self). Of all aspects of spiritual and personal growth, I am most skilled at navigating ‘The Dark Night of The Soul’ (aka ‘Spiritual Emergency’), especially when it manifests as depression, anxiety, addiction, and suicidal ideations. My mission in this work is Medicine Culture Reform: a synergistic integration of ancient indigenous medicine traditions with the unique healing requirements of Western trauma by developing open-source codes of conduct with a global council of thought leaders and practitioners. I have been working intentionally with entheogens for the past 8 years, the last 4 of which I have served as an assistant producer and facilitator to San Pedro / Huachuma circles in Santa Barbara. The most pivotal arc of my own spiritual journey occurred when I attended an immersive healing festival in the Amazon with the Huni Kuin tribe for 2 weeks, which included assistance in preparing Ayahuasca and hape – the latter of which I was given the blessing to carry and serve. During this festival, I sat with Ayahuasca many times, and was profoundly transformed. However, upon return, there was no integration assistance, and I entered my first Dark Night of The Soul, ushering me into nearly 3 years of anxiety, depression, and suicidal contemplations after losing my job, home, and partner. As I began to emerge from the darkness, I found my psychospiritual coaching training with Being True to You – which offered the support I lacked after my Amazon Journey, and led me to my life’s purpose in this work. I am deeply experienced with the use of psilocybin mushrooms, hape, MDMA, ketamine, NN-DMT, 5-MEO DMT, 2-CB, and GHB as healing tools. I am a level 2 Reiki Practitioner, student of CranioSacral Therapy, and Gene Keys enthusiast. Before committing myself to psychospiritual healing, I worked at General Electric as an IT Project Manager, at various consulting agencies as a Software Product Manager, and as an entrepreneur in the cannabis and personal care industries. I was raised in Rhode Island, went to college at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, and now reside in Chimirol, Mt. Chirripo, Costa Rica. I live to serve those who seek to grow through intentional entheogenic use, and am devoted to offering the care and wisdom to help them navigate their awakenings safely and powerfully with the proper support and tools.

Melanie Kay
Psychedelic Integration Specialist
Certified Hakomi Practitioner
Somatic Trauma Therapist
Breathwork Facilitator
My passion and purpose is to shine a light and walk with you on the journey of reconnection and integration. I support those going through the darkness of trauma, abuse, disease and addiction as well as those on a search for deeper meaning. With a psycho-spiritual -somatic approach, I guide you back to your own inner wisdom as we unravel habitual holding patterns of the body/ mind creating more aliveness, fluidity and freedom.
My work is a fusion of Hakomi Somatic Therapy, Breathwork, Embodied meditation, Bodywork, Fluid movement practices and Trauma Informed Expressive arts modalities. These modalities allow expression to a deeper, non verbal part of the self where trauma is often stored; once expressed and validated, these parts can be integrated back into the whole Self. I see my work as a weaving of ancient and modern wisdoms and traditions.
My journey with plant medicine began with Psilocybin in Mexico in 1995 on my first trip out of North Carolina and away from my religious family. My life was forever changed. The veils were lifted and I was able to listen to my own soul and experience direct communion with Source-God. The next year, I studied abroad in Ecuador, wrote a term paper on the use of Hallucinogenic plants in Pre-columbian tribes and first learned of Ayahuasca. I did my field research and I was able to have my first journey with this medicine. I carry a deep reverence for the plants and the cultures, lands, and peoples that steward them. They carry such power, and deserve the utmost respect. To this day I continue to walk this path.
As a survivor of Abuse & Trauma, I have lived experience of the healing journey and know the courage it takes to heal core wounds and break old patterns. There are so many blessings to harvest inside of darkness. I do not shy away from the dark, and I support those I work with by journeying into any and every space that their soul is calling for company. I am honored to walk this path with you.
I am truly passionate about this work and continue to invest in ongoing training and current education.

Chris serves from a place of integrity, caring curiosity, understanding, and empathetic intuition. He creates a container of safety, confidentiality, and empowerment; present and welcoming to all wherever you are.
Observing reality as it is, within the framework of the body, moment to moment, is the essence of vipassana, a meditation practice that one learns in a 10-day silent course. Since 2008, Chris has sat a dozen of these courses, which have developed in him a deep awareness and equanimity about suffering and its causes.
As an initiated Sufi and leader in the Dances of Universal Peace, Chris is able to relate with the wisdom of all the great traditions.
In 2010, Chris experienced his first plant medicine ceremony; this set in motion a motorcycle journey across South America and an ongoing relationship, healing, and education with the wisdom of the Plant Teachers. Visiting the Amazon is now a regular part of life that informs him ever more deeply about the interconnectivity of all things. It is with great respect, humility, and gratitude that Chris continues his work with entheogens.
He is a certified addictions recovery and psycho-spiritual integration coach with Being True to You. With a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and trained as a CHEK Practitioner, Chris is well connected in
the holistic elements of human health and fitness.

Luis rodriguez
Integrative Nutritional Health Coach
Mind Body Practitioner
Operations Manager- Kaivalya Kollectiv
*Integrative health integration only. Not psychedelic integration.
Luis is a certified integrative nutritional health coach, mind body practitioner, and the
operations manager for Kaivalya Kollectiv and Tandava Retreats. With an additional fifteen plus years in the culinary arts and hospitality industry. Spanning from his core experiences in Michelin star restaurants throughout Chicago and abroad, to pivoting into the private sector for bio-individual based diets and chef services in Los Angeles. Where his professional and personal spiritual path to healing collided.
A first generation Mexican American whose path into being of service to others began early on in his adolescent years. Learning from his father who was also a chef and mother who is a medical professional. Having learned the cultural significance and importance of sharing and gathering people from all walks of life and sharing nourishment, to having the curiosity and insight of health sciences and how interconnected the two are. Through early childhood adversities and traumas, and the sudden passing of his father in his teenage years. He quickly became driven to connect with others to explore the path of healing. Through the years he began to study and research the connection between the mind-body relationship in various cultural foods, such as ayurveda to understanding how environments have a direct effect to genes. He dove deep by working his way alongside some of the best and respected chefs in the US and abroad to gather perspective on their connection to their cultural and spiritual connection to food. After being hit hard with his first true deep dark night of the soul following many years of the demands of the hospitality industry, he had fallen into the many toxic coping mechanisms that run prevalent in the industry. He walked away and reconnect with himself and the world and start his healing journey once more. Having found where he wanted to set his intentions, he then studied various subjects such as holistic nourishment, gut microbiome health, elimination and detoxification diets, biology of food addictions, emotional eating and how stress sparks the bodies response with inflammation and digestive distress etc. As he began to work in more intimate settings in home and remote with high profile clients, so did integrating his culinary expertise with the nutritional knowledge and coaching skills he had gathered.
Simultaneously during this time he began to work with the entheogenic medicines, particularly with the 5-meo-dmt molecule. Breaking down many of the once limiting beliefs and barriers the ego had created in how he supported the self and others. As the years passed, he begin to assist and facilitate in ceremonies and retreats under two practitioners who’ve mentored him along the way of self healing and discovery.
Luis’s approach to coaching is interwoven with all his experiences and tools to provide the type of support for healing the body, mind, and spirit. His perspective is one cannot be treated without the others in unison. By deconstructing various types of diets, blood types, body compositions, gut health. Yet also allowing the subtleties of his understandings of mental health, the myers-briggs model, attachment theory, and creating integration modalities that create a coaching container that engages treating the root cause and not just the physical symptoms we experience. Thus leading and leaning into promoting long lasting self-healing for all.
